My right ear is three times as thick as my left and filled with pus. I am currently unable to sleep on my right side. Lets hope the infection doesn't spread to my brain.
Piercing on your own is not recommendable. I actually did three holes in total, but that's a long and painful story. Make sure the needle is sterile before you penetrate your ear (haha, visions of cocks in ears)... or you'll end up like me. In fact I recommend pushing the earring through right away, it's easiest and involves a lot of pain which we love. Meaning: don't try this at all if you're a wuz.
